Episode 45 — Ryan Greer
Podcast: Download
Ryan Greer owns an apparel company called Flux. He started his company with $400 – rent money – that he used to buy and silkscreen a run of 100 tee shirts. Then he hit the streets to sell them. It worked; they sold and he was able to pay his rent and produce more tees. Now he has several silk screens in a studio space and recently expanded his company to include bags and wallets as well.
This former art model has the entrepreneurial spirit that dictated he wanted to move away from having his worth determined by someone else, a concept we love here at Hey Brooklyn.
Catch Ryan at the Brooklyn Flea on weekends, on Etsy at FluxProductions.etsy.com and on the street in Manhattan “sometimes, somewhere between Greene and Wooster on Prince Street”. If you see him, tell him Hey Brooklyn says hello.
